Our Guest Artist & Scholar program is one of the ways Prison Arts Collective is truly unique in comparison to other Arts in Corrections programs. We invite professional artists and experienced scholars to share their work in our weekly programs at state prisons. Guest artists are selected for their advanced professional training, current and past professional experience, and willingness to give back to the participants. Bringing in professionals from the art world as guest artists, writers, curators, and scholars to share their valuable knowledge with our participants enhances the Prison Arts Collective curriculum tremendously.
